Removing labels from bottles.
Every drink is given a new jacket with its own label. In order to reuse the bottles, we first need to take off the old jacket. VT Logistics has therefore developed a ‘de-sleeving’ machine. Hyper-modern laser techniques make it possible to mechanically remove labels at very high speed.
Decapping
Metal or plastic, red or black, long or narrow. Bottle caps come in all sorts of materials, colours and formats. Excellent for branding, but not for sustainability. That’s why our machines remove these caps from bottles at top speed.
